Seven Key Posts Rotated in UP as State Announces New Appointments

Jyoti Rai, formerly Additional District Magistrate (V/R) of Balrampur, is now the Additional Commissioner for Ajamgarh division. Sandeep Kela moves from the municipal magistracy of Banda to the Additional District Magistrate (V/R) post in Balrampur. Dinesh Chandra, previously Sub‑District Magistrate of Bulandshahr, takes over as Municipal Magistrate of Banda. Divya Ojha transitions from Sub‑District Magistrate of Chandauli to Judicial Additional District Magistrate of Bareilly. Vinay Kumar Singh leaves his municipal magistrate duties in Prayagraj to serve in Gorakhpur. Uttkarsh Srivastava swaps his Gorakhpur municipal magistrate role for the same position in Prayagraj. Comptroller Nidhi Pandey is elevated to Sub‑District Magistrate of Lucknow.
