Security Tightens in Delhi as BRICS Leaders Arrive, Highlights from Minister

Delhi police, in coordination with central agencies, have deployed roughly 15,000 officers and about 200 paramilitary units to safeguard the BRICS summit venues, airports, hotels and VVIP routes. Special Commissioner Manish Kumar Agrawal detailed layered security measures, temporary traffic restrictions on select corridors, and strict bans on unauthorised drone flights.
