SBI Announces Contract Jobs for DVP, AVP, Dean and Faculty

The State Bank of India has issued separate official notices for the recruitment of specialist cadre officers on a contract basis. The advertised posts include one Dean, one Faculty member, and one Marketing Executive at the SBI Leadership Institute, Kolkata, together with two Deputy Vice Presidents (IT Risk) and two Assistant Vice Presidents (IT Risk).

Applications are being accepted online from 16 September to 6 October 2026. Candidates must complete the registration on SBI’s official website and submit the required documents before the deadline.

Eligibility details: - Dean: Minimum 50‑55% marks, MBA/Executive MBA/PGDM/PGDBA/PhD or equivalent. - Faculty: Any postgraduate degree. - Marketing Executive: MBA in Marketing or equivalent. - DVP & AVP (IT Risk): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, IT, Cyber Security, or MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT, or M.Tech in related fields. Each role also demands 5‑15 years of relevant experience and specific skill sets.

Age limits are set between 28 and 55 years, calculated as of 31 August 2026, with relaxations for reserved categories. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a screening and interview process. Successful candidates can expect an annual CTC of INR 50‑98 lakh, along with additional benefits.

The application fee is INR 750 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates, payable online. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempt. The contract period is initially three years, with a possible extension of two more years.
