Authorities have introduced a suite of advanced security measures for this year's Saawan fair. Touch‑based worship has been completely banned, and devotees must now offer water through a modern ‘Argha’ system installed outside the sanctum. VIP, VVIP and out‑of‑turn viewing slots have been suspended to ensure equal access. The festival also sees the debut of AI‑driven monitoring, facial‑recognition cameras, and aerial drones covering the entire site. More than 11,500 police personnel, CRPF units, and Jharkhand Jungle forces are deployed, complemented by a QR‑code based grievance portal for rapid complaint resolution.
