Royal Ornamentation and Panchamrit Abhishek Highlight Baba Mahakal Rituals

During the Ashwin Shukla Paksha Tritiya ceremony, Baba Mahakal was presented with spectacular royal ornamentation. After a jalabhishek using panchamrit—a blend of milk, curd, ghee, honey, and fruit extracts—the deity was dressed in a kingly form, adorned with a crown and traditional kapoor. The sequence continued with the first bell, offering of holy water, and the fragrant kapoor aarti, culminating in a powerful ashes aarti accompanied by drums, nagadas, and conch shells.
