Doctors, nurses to suspend routine care while emergency units stay open

All routine outpatient consultations, follow‑up appointments and non‑urgent procedures will be halted during the strike period. However, the IMA has clarified that emergency departments, intensive care units, neonatal care and maternity services will remain fully operational. Patients requiring immediate medical attention are urged to visit the designated emergency facilities without delay.
