RJD Leaders Question Police Conduct in Samastipur Attack

Rashtriya Janata Dal representatives voiced strong criticism of police behavior following an altercation in Samastipur where a civilian reportedly wielded a police baton against Golu Sahu. The legislators said the police officer in charge initially dismissed the complaint, prompting them to approach the DGP directly. Both MLA Bhai Veerendra and party figure Ejya Yadav emphasized that ordinary citizens should not be allowed to exercise police authority and called for an impartial inquiry.
