Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla Forms Probe Committee Over Rewa Hospital Negligence

Rajendra Shukla, Madhya Pradesh's Deputy Chief Minister and health minister, ordered a special inquiry team to investigate the circumstances surrounding the August 26 deaths at Rewa's Gandhi Memorial Hospital. The committee will scrutinize the treatment timeline, assess compliance with established protocols, and interview hospital personnel.

Shukla emphasized that respecting patients and their families, alongside strict adherence to medical standards, remains the top priority for the state. He assured that any findings of negligence will lead to stringent action against those responsible.
