Good news for the lakhs of vehicles plying daily between Noida and Greater Noida—a fresh bypass route is gearing up for launch. Fast-paced work on the Hindon River bridge from Knowledge Park III to Noida Sectors 146-147, complete with connecting roads, signals smoother commutes ahead.
Once operational, this infrastructure boost will decongest Pari Chowk dramatically and enhance connectivity between the twin cities. On Tuesday, GM AK Singh from Greater Noida Authority toured the site, scrutinizing advancements on the bridge and the one-km approach road into Greater Noida, budgeted at 25 crores.
Halfway through the approach road construction, the team is pushing to wrap up the rest in six months. Bridge Corporation oversees the bridge build, matching the same deadline. Plans are in place to align all components for an instant public rollout.
CEO NG Ravi Kumar has placed this initiative at the top of the agenda. ‘This route will cut distances, save time, and lighten the load on traffic hotspots like Pari Chowk,’ he stated. The development is a boon for nearby residents facing daily gridlock woes.
Beyond easing jams, the corridor promises safer travels and economic ripple effects through better accessibility. Commuters are hopeful for on-schedule delivery, eyeing a hassle-free future on the roads.
