Re‑Examination Arranged for Affected Candidates on September 5

The administration of the ION Digital Zone in Sitapura announced that the make‑up NEET‑PG 2026 exam for the 2,445 candidates impacted by the power failure will be conducted on 5 September at 3 pm. The district’s Additional Deputy Commissioner confirmed that fresh admit cards will be issued and that security arrangements have been strengthened to prevent any repeat of the earlier disruption.

Students who faced repeated computer shutdowns, server crashes and registration delays were directed to stay within the examination hall until the new session commences. The centre officials have also promised a thorough report to the NBEMS board.

This decision follows statements from finance commission chief Arun Chaturvedi, who thanked the government for its quick action and indicated that discussions are ongoing with other districts in the Jaipur division to address similar technical concerns.
