RCF Limited apprentice recruitment: eligibility, categories and stipend details

RCF Limited, a leading public sector enterprise in the chemicals and fertilisers sector, has announced a comprehensive apprentice recruitment programme covering 326 positions. The distribution of seats is as follows: 145 unreserved, 32 SC, 29 ST, 88 OBC (NCL) and 32 EWS.

The apprentice roles are grouped into three tiers.

1. Graduate Apprentice – 145 slots: • Accounts Executive – 50 • Secretariat Assistant – 60 • Recruitment Executive (HR) – 35

2. Technician Apprentice – 105 slots: • Diploma in Chemical – 20 • Diploma in Civil – 15 • Diploma in Computer – 10 • Diploma in Electrical – 20 • Diploma in Instrumentation – 20 • Diploma in Mechanical – 20

3. Trade Apprentice – 76 slots: • Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) – 50 • Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) – 4 • Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) – 6 • Boiler Attendant – 2 • Electrician – 6 • Horticulture Assistant – 6 • Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology) – 2

Application windows opened on 4 September at 08:00 hours and will close on 20 September. Trade Apprentice aspirants must apply through the NAPS portal, while Graduate and Technician Apprentice candidates should use the official NTAS portal. All registrations need to be completed before 5:00 pm on the closing date.

Eligibility criteria: - Graduate Apprentice: Any recognised graduation (B.Com, B.B.A or equivalent) with basic English and computer skills. - Technician Apprentice: Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline as per the post. - Trade Apprentice: Completion of 12th with science subjects or a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Age limits are set at 18‑25 years as of 1 September 2026, with age relaxations for reserved categories. Shortlisting will be based on merit and subsequent document verification. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging between ₹14,600 and ₹17,300, depending on the specific apprentice category.
