He pointed out that senior leaders such as Kumari Sailja, now national general secretary with responsibility for Uttarakhand, and Ranadeep Singh Surjewala, overseeing Karnataka, are examples of the party’s national outreach. Senior figures like Deependra Singh Hooda and Bhupendra Singh Hooda continue to hold key positions within the organization. Singh reiterated that the party’s policy remains focused on integrating Dalits, OBCs, general category voters, and other communities into its decision‑making framework, thereby strengthening its grassroots appeal.
