Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone Share Joy Over Second Daughter

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have once again become parents, this time to a second baby girl. The actress used her verified Instagram handle to upload a snapshot of the infant’s delicate foot mark, captioning it, “Welcome baby girl,” and pairing it with an emoji meant to ward off the evil eye.

The post set off a flood of well‑wishes from the film fraternity. Kriti Sanon exclaimed, “Congrats! Dua now has a little sister – such a beautiful blessing.” Shreya Ghoshal, Masaba Gupta, and numerous other artists chimed in with congratulatory notes and plenty of red heart symbols.

Earlier in the month, Deepiki and Ranveer delighted followers with vintage‑style black‑and‑white family photos featuring their daughter Dua, expressing gratitude for the outpouring of love. In April, they had hinted at a new arrival through a shared image of Dua clutching a positive pregnancy test.

The couple’s love story began in a private ceremony on Italy’s Lake Como in November 2018. Their first child, daughter Dua, was welcomed on September 8, 2024. The newest member now completes a growing household of two little girls.
