Ramban authorities seize 13 kanal and 13 murla properties belonging to alleged terrorists

Ramban police, acting under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, have confiscated multiple land parcels that were allegedly held by four terror suspects operating from the Pakistan‑occupied side of Kashmir.

The assets include: - 11 murlas at Khait No. 22 in Jinhall, Banihal, valued at approximately INR 9.25 lakh, registered to Abdul Rasheed (Bashir). - 10 kanals at Khait No. 89 in Kundan Khari, Banihal, with a market value near INR 60 lakh, belonging to Ghulam Rasool (Badshah). - 3 kanals under Khait No. 107/108 in Koot Khari, Banihal, assessed at INR 20 lakh, owned by Abdul Lateef Naik (Sazzad). - 2 murlas at Khait No. 72 in Charil, Banihal, worth about INR 1.52 lakh, linked to Mushtaq Ahmed.

SSP Arun Gupta stated the operation reflects the department’s commitment to uprooting terror financing channels and ensuring that illegal assets do not benefit extremist elements.
