Rainfall Forecast for West Bengal: No Heavy Downpours Predicted During Durga Puja

The Regional Meteorological Centre has ruled out the possibility of significant rain during the Durga Puja festivities that begin on October 17. Although a scattered pattern of light to moderate showers will persist through the early part of the week, there is no forecast of intense rainfall during the major celebrations. A brief spell of moderate rain may touch the Mahalaya area on October 10, but overall conditions should remain conducive for outdoor events and puja rituals.
