Pradeep Bhandari Raises Three Questions on Punjab CM’s alleged Money‑Driven Dealings

At a press conference in New Delhi, BJP national spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari confronted the Punjab chief minister with a series of pointed queries. He alleged that the chief minister, through a network of intermediaries, was accepting five crore rupees to dismiss ongoing rape cases involving the chief minister’s wife. An audio excerpt presented by Bhandari is said to reveal a conversation about dividing the money among several conspirators, suggesting a syndicate‑like operation.

Bhandari’s three questions focused on: (1) whether the chief minister and his spouse are running a cash‑based syndicate to settle criminal cases, (2) whether the chief minister’s office has become an epicenter for corrupt financial dealings, and (3) whether this incident is part of a larger pattern of corruption rather than an isolated event. He challenged the chief minister to address the notion that even victims of sexual assault are allegedly being sidelined by the current administration.

The spokesperson also connected these accusations to broader political narratives, implying that the alleged syndicate mirrors tactics used in other states, including Delhi. He called for a transparent investigation to determine the extent of monetary influence on judicial outcomes.

In addition to Punjab, Bhandari highlighted irregularities in Jharkhand’s education sector, where a black‑listed firm was reportedly given the rights to conduct examinations without a proper tender. He claimed the firm subsequently transferred the contract to an anonymous company, Pikar Technology, with the transaction recorded only in cash and lacking any contract paperwork. The BJP leader demanded immediate scrutiny of these dealings.
