From Delhi to Delhi: Politicians Remember Dr. Kalam’s Legacy

The 15th of October marked a nationwide remembrance of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the beloved former president and scientific luminary.

Union ministers and state chief ministers used the day to reflect on Kalam’s journey from a humble scientist to a national icon.

Gadkari, Chauhan and Manohar Lal each highlighted different facets of Kalam’s life – his simplicity, his strategic vision for defence, and his drive for a self‑sufficient India.

Yogi Adityanath, Rekha Gupta, Mohan Yadav, Pushkar Singh Dhami, Naresh Singh Saini and Bhajan Lal Sharma all posted messages that praised Kalam’s dedication to research, education and the empowerment of youth.

Party leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party also joined the chorus, reiterating that Kalam’s ideals continue to guide India’s path toward progress.
