When asked about the upcoming Uttar Pradesh elections, the minister described the Congress as a national party preparing to contest every seat, while the Samajwadi Party remains a regional outfit. He accused SP chief Akhilesh Yadav of “double‑talking,” claiming the leader knows his government will not survive beyond 2027 and is already planning a retreat to London.
Rajbhar said the opposition’s repeated attempts to block government initiatives have become pointless, noting that previous protests against the Mandal Commission and the CAA‑NRC eventually faded once the facts emerged. He urged voters to focus on development rather than partisan slogans.
