Political Leader Urges Court Appeal Over Unaddressed Haldwani Incident

Anand Dubey, representing Shiv Sena’s Uttarakhand unit, warned that without decisive action from the Uttarakhhand government, the party will file a petition in the High Court concerning the Haldwani purification episode. He highlighted that Mallikarjun Khadge’s meeting and the subsequent event on August 10 drew objections from multiple parties, yet authorities failed to register any FIR. "If the administration refuses to act, the courts become the only legitimate forum," Dubey declared, urging immediate remedial measures.
