Police Transfer FIR to Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills Station in Telangana OSD Attack Probe

The zero FIR, originally recorded on Thursday at Medipally police station of the Malkajgiri commissionerate, was transferred to the Jubilee Hills police station under Hyderabad commissionerate for further investigation. The complaint was filed by Gongidi Harikrishna Boduppal, who alleged that former OSD N. Sumant, along with Ramoo, Prashant, Arun Kumar Reddy, Karthik and Mahendra Reddy, assaulted him with iron rods after a heated argument about alleged money collection. The victim suffered a fractured left hand, bleeding and other injuries that required surgical intervention on 10 August.
