Police Seize Stolen Motorbikes, Phones and Illegal Weapons After Gang Raid

In a decisive operation on July 7, Noida police uncovered a criminal outfit that combined two‑wheeler theft with mobile‑snatching activities. The raid, centered on Sector‑20’s Kailash Kat area and the nearby Sector‑27 lane, resulted in the arrest of six suspects – Danish, Appu (Sandeep), Vikas, Sahil (Shubham), Sharad Singh Dev and Suraj Kumar Gupta – and the placement of two minor members under protective custody. The sweep yielded three stolen motorcycles, three confiscated mobile phones, an unlicensed .315 calibre firearm, and three unauthorized knives. Two of the recovered bikes matched prior theft reports and had been employed to facilitate further mobile‑snatching offences throughout the NCR.
