Police Investigate Death of Shivani Topno After Hospital Declaration

Madhapur police have opened a criminal case after 23‑year‑old Shivani Nikkita Topno was found dead in a hotel room on Tuesday morning. She was in Hyderabad with her boyfriend, Srinuvas Ravi Teja. Following a collapse, she was taken to a private medical centre where doctors pronounced her dead. The boyfriend left the hospital without informing anyone. On inspection, police spotted blood stains on the walls and linens of the suite. A forensic team has secured evidence, and officers are analysing CCTV footage and questioning hotel staff to determine the sequence of events.
