When officers escorted Sonam Wangchuk away from Jantar Mantar, several protesters attempted to block the ambulance, resulting in a brief scuffle. The police described the incident as a minor push‑and‑pull and emphasized that they maintained composure throughout. After clearing the path, the activist was shifted to Safdarjung Hospital where both police and paramedical teams continue to monitor the venue for any breaches.
