Eligibility, Age Limits and Salary Details for PMBI Recruitment

The PMBI recruitment drive stipulates clear eligibility criteria. Academic qualifications must align with the nature of the post – for example, B.Pharm or M.Pharm for pharmaceutical roles, B.Tech or M.Tech for technical positions, and MBA or MA in Communication for managerial posts. Candidates should possess between one and eighteen years of experience in the relevant functional area.

The upper age limit is fixed at 55 years and the lower limit at 28 years, calculated as of 3 September 2026. Reserved category applicants receive the usual relaxation as per government rules.

Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from INR 32,500 to INR 158,000 per month, dependent on the post and grade. Additional benefits include transport allowance, medical coverage, and other statutory perks.

An application fee of INR 100 is mandatory for every applicant, payable through the prescribed mode mentioned in the official notification.
