In a rousing address from Hyderabad, BJP spokesperson Sarita Agarwal celebrated the Women’s Reservation Bill as a transformative force under Prime Minister Modi’s stewardship. This historic legislation, she said, is unlocking a treasure trove of opportunities for women, instilling national pride in female citizens everywhere.
Agarwal passionately declared solidarity with PM Modi, praising his bold initiatives. ‘This is a proud moment for all women in the country,’ she noted, anticipating the bill’s swift parliamentary approval. Women, she envisioned, would soon partner with Modi to elevate India. Invoking mythology, she compared them to the multi-armed Durga, masterfully balancing domestic life—cooking, child-rearing—with legislative duties.
True progress demands more than bills, Agarwal stressed. Governments must invest in women’s education and motivation, equipping them fully to seize these opportunities.
On West Bengal, Agarwal lambasted the ruling dispensation. The term ‘didi’ triggers dread among locals, she revealed, questioning how such a figure could embody benevolence. Self-proclaimed saviors of the poor engage in superficial fixes, but alert voters now see through the facade, trusting only BJP for security.
Agarwal forecasted a massive BJP triumph in the state, fueled by grassroots awareness. ‘Each voter’s contribution is vital, akin to offerings in a sacred ritual,’ she analogized. West Bengal deserves a golden legacy, she urged, with elections marking a turning point against entrenched self-serving governance.
