PM Modi Reaches Kashi: Mill Inauguration, Air Show Planned

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Varanasi on Sunday, marking a visit to his parliamentary constituency that brings together industrial development, women's employment and a tribute to the Indian Air Force.

In Mirzamurad's Khochwan area, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Arvind Textiles Mill. He will then watch an air show at Namo Ghat, where Air Force aircraft will showcase aerial stunts.

Rajnath Singh, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and several other prominent leaders are slated to be present during the programme.

The Chief Minister and the Governor welcomed the Prime Minister when he arrived at Khochwan. For the mill inauguration, comprehensive security measures have been arranged at the venue. Security agencies are on alert from the airport to the event location and Namo Ghat, with personnel deployed across the route.

The Prime Minister's visit has generated excitement in Varanasi. Many people are arriving at Namo Ghat to see the air show. Barricades have been set up on roads leading to the ghat, and crowds are being moved forward in queues along fixed routes. Traffic diversions have been introduced in various parts of the city to maintain smooth movement.

From Babatpur Airport to Namo Ghat, prominent intersections, parks and roads have been beautified for the visit. Hoardings and banners depicting government achievements and multiple schemes have been placed along the path, which passes through Police Line.

Under a BJP plan, young people will welcome the Prime Minister at Police Line.

Administrative and security preparations for the Prime Minister's Kashi programme are complete. The industrial project inauguration and the air show are the key attractions of the trip, with Indian Air Force aircraft expected to thrill audiences with aerial acrobatics at Namo Ghat.
