Prime Minister Narendra Modi has commenced a multi-state tour spanning five states, including Mizoram, Manipur, Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar, scheduled to last until September 15th. Upon arrival in Mizoram, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation for development projects worth ₹9000 crore in Aizawl. Subsequently, he will proceed to Manipur, where he is expected to lay the foundation stone for development projects exceeding ₹7,300 crore in Churachandpur around 12:30 PM. Following this, he will address a public gathering in Imphal. The day will conclude with his participation in the centenary celebrations of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika in Guwahati, Assam, at approximately 5 PM.
