PMO unveils DBT transfer, youth jobs and dairy projects in Rajasthan's Alwar

The Union Home Minister used the Alwar event to showcase the central government's priority agenda, linking the "Gyan" initiative to the upliftment of farmers, dairy workers, youth and women. Through the Direct Benefit Transfer portal, ₹152 crore of the Chief Minister's scheme was transferred directly to beneficiaries. Simultaneously, four new dairy plants worth a combined ₹274 crore were announced for Bhilwara, Jaipur, Pali and Rajsamand, while an additional 300‑litre processing unit in Alwar will be upgraded to a 500‑litre capacity to support marginal pastoralists. The launch also saw the opening of four district cooperative banks to provide zero‑interest credit to the agricultural community.
