Minister Paswan Slams Rahul Gandhi Remarks, Defends Law Order in Bihar
Bihar’s law minister Lakhandra Paswan responded to BJP chief Nitin Naveen’s comment that labeled Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as a "time‑pass" figure. Paswan said the people of India have rejected Rahul Gandhi and that he appears unaware of the country's culture and values.
He also addressed concerns raised by Tejashwi Yadav about law and order, stating that the situation in Bihar is now stable enough for citizens to move around safely even at midnight. "When a violation occurs, we act swiftly and firmly," Paswan added.
In addition, Paswan spoke about the ongoing SIT investigation into the Ram Mandir theft case, urging patience until the inquiry is complete.
His statements painted a picture of a state determined to uphold legal processes while dismissing political attacks as distractions.
