Panch Gaurav Scheme Gets Expansion Blueprint from Rajasthan CM

The chief minister turned his attention to the Panch Gaurav programme, directing the chief secretary to draft an effective expansion plan and ensure regular monitoring of its implementation. He highlighted that locally produced goods form the backbone of each district's economic prosperity, and promoting them will strengthen regional economies. Districts that under‑spent their allocated funds last year were instructed to accelerate execution and achieve the full target quickly. Sharma also called for concrete actions to develop, conserve and enhance the five identified components of Panch Gaurav—agricultural produce, manufactured products, plant species, tourism sites and sports facilities—especially in low‑performing districts.
