Opposition Accused of Spreading False Narrative Over Police Action

In response to Akhilesh Yadav’s repeated references to the police encounter in the Ankit Balian case, BJP leaders accused the Samajwadi Party of crafting a misleading narrative.

State vice‑president Neeraj Singh argued that the opposition consistently tries to paint the police’s decisive action as an overreach, despite clear evidence of a legitimate operation. He reminded the public that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has already declared that no compromise will be made on law and order.

Pankaj Chaudhary added that the opposition’s lack of faith in institutions is evident, noting that the STF has been a functional agency for years. He asserted that the only role left for the Samajwadi Party is to make accusations without substance.
