Operation Visa Status Verification Leads to Arrest of Six Bangladeshers in Central Delhi

During the "Operation Visa Status Verification" carried out by the Special Staff of the Central District, officials uncovered six Bangladeshi travelers who had remained in India beyond the authorized 15‑day stay stipulated on their double‑entry visas. The operation focused on hotels and guest houses across the district, and the individuals were found at a hotel on Attraction Road. Their travel documents were valid, but no extension had been sought, resulting in a clear breach of visa rules. The Foreigners Regional Registration Office has placed them under restriction orders pending deportation.
