Banu Mushtaq highlighted that the entire Special Intensive Revision can be completed with just two documents. The Aadhaar card, which most Indians possess, and the existing voter ID card satisfy all verification requirements. No additional proofs, such as utility bills or residence certificates, are demanded.
She added that the district administration will keep one copy of the filled form while the citizen holds the other. This dual‑copy system ensures both accountability and ease of reference for future updates to the electoral roll.
