One Directional Lane Shut After Raigad Highway Landslide

A sudden landslide in the Kasheri Ghat stretch of the Mumbai‑Goa National Highway in Raigad’s Poladpur taluka has led to the closure of the Mumbai‑bound lane. Emergency responders reached the spot within minutes, cleared the debris and ensured safety. The opposite lane remains open for traffic. No fatalities have been reported. The National Highway Authority has instructed rapid debris removal and aims to restore full traffic movement as soon as conditions permit.
