Eligibility and Salary Details for NSPCL Senior Posts Released

Eligibility criteria mandate a minimum of 60% marks in the relevant degree. For Senior Assistant Officer (HR) candidates, a graduation in HR, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management or an MBA with HR specialization is required, along with at least two years of full‑time post‑graduate experience. Legal candidates need an LLB with 60% marks. Engineering candidates must hold a BE/BTech degree in Electrical, Mechanical, C&I or IT streams with 60% marks and two years of relevant experience. The maximum age limit is 32 years, with relaxations for reserved categories. Selected officers will receive a salary ranging from INR 40,000 to INR 1,40,000 per month, plus allowances and benefits.
