NPCC Jobs 2026: Apply for 12 Manager and Deputy Manager Posts

National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) has opened applications for 12 posts across several managerial and specialist roles. The official notification has been issued on the NPCC website, and the application window is now open.

Post-Wise Breakdown

The 12 openings are distributed as follows: one General Manager (HR), one Manager (Finance), two Manager (HR), two Manager (IT), one Manager (Official Language), four Deputy Manager (Finance) and one Deputy Manager (Law).

Application Window

Applications are being accepted online from November 1, starting at 10 am. The final date to submit applications is November 22. Candidates must complete their registration on the official website by this date.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates for General Manager (HR) and Manager (HR) should have an MBA, postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma with a specialisation in HR or personnel management from a recognised university or institute.

For Manager (Finance) and Deputy Manager (Finance), CA, CMA or MBA (Finance) qualifications are required. Manager (IT) posts require a BE in Computer Science or IT, or an MCA.

For Manager (Official Language), a master's degree in Hindi or an equivalent qualification is needed, with English studied as a subject at the degree level. Deputy Manager (Law) candidates must hold a law graduate degree and be members of the Bar.

In addition, candidates must have experience of 3 to 18 years in the relevant field after acquiring their qualification, depending on the post.

Age Limit and Relaxation

The maximum age limit is set between 30 and 50 years, based on the post. Age will be calculated on the basis of September 30, 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per rules.

Selection Procedure

Eligible candidates will be selected through application scrutiny, personal interviews and document verification.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary for Deputy Managers ranges from Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000. For Managers, it ranges from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,60,000, and for General Manager, from Rs 90,000 to Rs 2,40,000. Selected candidates will also receive other benefits and allowances.

Application Fee

Candidates must pay the application fee online as per their category. The fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs 1,000. SC, ST, PwBD, EWS and ex-servicemen candidates are exempt from the registration fee.
