Despite the partial collapse of the RE wall on the Paladi‑Tarsod Bypass ROB, Mid‑Central Railway confirmed that train movements along the affected kilometer 423/16‑18 remain normal. Track inspections conducted immediately after the incident found no damage to the railway line or signalling equipment.

The railway has kept the two‑lane carriageway serving traffic toward Nagpur open, while the opposite lane remains closed for safety reasons. Continuous observation of the site is being carried out, and any required preventive steps will be taken in line with monsoon‑season protocols.

Officials reiterated that passenger safety is the top priority and that all necessary precautions are being observed to avoid any interference with rail services.
