NIELIT Invites Applications for Eight Contract IT Positions

New Delhi, November 2: The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has released an official notification inviting qualified candidates to apply for eight positions on its panel of IT Resource Persons. The engagement is entirely contract-based.

The openings are for Senior System Analyst 1-(C) MHHT, Senior System Analyst 2-(C) MHHT, Senior System Analyst 3-Cole-(C) KMR2, Senior Programmer 1-Cole-(C) KMR2, Senior Programmer 2-Cole-(C) KMR2, Senior Programmer 3-Cole-(C) KMR2, Senior Programmer 4-(C) SM2S, and one Programmer-(C) SM2S position.

Online applications through a Google Form opened on October 30. The deadline to apply is November 12. Interested candidates should use the application link mentioned in the notification published on the NIELIT official website and finish their registration on or before the last date.

Candidates need a BE, BTech, ME, or MTech degree in fields such as Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science and Information Technology, or Computer Applications, from a recognised institute or university. An MCA or a BSc in Computer Science Engineering, a four-year degree course, is also acceptable. In addition, applicants must have 2 to 6 years of experience in the relevant domain, based on the requirement of each post, gained after qualifying.

Shortlisted candidates will be chosen through application screening, an interview or discussion, and document verification. The date for these rounds will be announced after the Google Form submission window closes.

For the Delhi location, interviews and document verification will be conducted at the NIELIT Centre in Janakpuri, Delhi.

All candidates must pay an online application fee of 750 rupees. Selected employees will receive a monthly salary between 51,872 and 1,03,745 rupees, depending on their post.
