NGEL Recruitment 2024: 147 Vacancies Across Engineering and Administration

NTPCL’s green energy subsidiary, NGEL, has announced a large‑scale hiring initiative for 147 positions across engineering and administrative streams. The breakdown includes 43 civil engineers (I), 69 electrical engineers (I), 9 mechanical engineers (I), 4 human‑resource executives (I), 9 finance executives (I), 7 safety engineers (I), 5 CSR executives (I) and one regional‑language executive (I). The online application process started on 18 August and will close on 7 September at 6 pm. Eligibility criteria demand a full‑time BE/BTech/BSc (Engineering) degree with at least 65 % marks for engineering roles, while executive posts require a minimum two‑year postgraduate degree or diploma. Candidates must also have at least three years of relevant professional experience. The maximum permissible age is 35 years, subject to statutory relaxations for reserved categories. Shortlisting will be conducted on the basis of academic scores and experience, followed by a computer‑based test, group discussion and face‑to‑face interview. Successful candidates will be offered a fixed‑term contract of three years, with a CTC of ₹11 lakh per annum and additional allowances. Application fee is ₹500 for General/EWS/OBC aspirants; SC/ST/PwBD/XSM and female candidates enjoy fee exemption.
