New Incentives Announced for Startups and Incubators at UP Ecosystem Event

During the Uttar Pradesh Startup Ecosystem Event 2026, officials detailed a suite of financial aids for emerging businesses. Startups will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000, prototype grants up to ₹10 lakh, and seed funding of ₹15 lakh. Depending on investment, firms can access matching grants of up to ₹5 crore and low‑interest loans with a 4% subsidy on amounts up to ₹2 crore. Deep‑tech ventures are eligible for long‑term capital of up to ₹40 crore, while dedicated U‑Hub facilities will be set up in Lucknow and Noida.
