New Processes and Innovation urged for Uniform Scheme Delivery Across All Sub‑Divisions
During the same session, the Deputy Commissioner introduced a set of fresh procedural guidelines aimed at standardising the delivery of government schemes across Churachandpur’s eight sub‑divisions. He cited successful pilot models from a few blocks where digital monitoring tools and community‑led verification reduced delays and leakages.
Krishna Kumar directed department heads to adopt these tools, customise them for local contexts, and train field officers accordingly. He also called for the documentation of best practices to create a district‑wide knowledge repository.
The aim, he explained, is to guarantee that every citizen, irrespective of their location, experiences the same level of service quality and receives benefits without discrimination. Regular audits and citizen feedback mechanisms will be instituted to ensure compliance.
Officials were asked to report on the rollout of these innovations within the next fortnight, with particular emphasis on scalability and cost‑effectiveness.
