New Innovation Fund and Incubator Expansion Highlighted at Uttar Pradesh Startup Forum

During the Uttar Pradesh Startup Dialogue 3.0, officials unveiled several flagship initiatives aimed at strengthening the state’s innovation pipeline. The Kalām Patent Centre was inaugurated, and the Student and Faculty Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy 2026‑2031 was released to guide academic‑driven ventures.

A dedicated Innovation Hub UP portal was launched, providing a digital gateway for startups to access resources and market channels. The government also announced a INR 100 crore innovation fund for universities, designed to fast‑track ideas from lab benches to commercial markets.

The “One District, One Incubator” scheme, which has established 82 free incubation centers over the past two years, continues to accelerate regional entrepreneurship.
