NEET Success Story: 17‑Year‑Old Beats Financial Odds with Online Prep

A 17‑year‑old girl from Sontha Rasoolpur village in Uttar Pradesh has shattered expectations by earning an All‑India Rank of 16,632 in the NEET exam, all without enrolling in any paid coaching centre. Leveraging only free online study material, she demonstrated that dedication can outpace money.

Her father works as a mason, earning a limited income that could not afford the high fees of commercial coaching institutes. Nevertheless, he and her mother prioritized her education, fostering an environment where learning was essential.

Draxha’s daily routine initially involved 13‑14 hours of self‑directed study, later evolving into a goal‑oriented strategy that focused on specific sections of the syllabus. Her mother, a homemaker, noted that the family’s modest resources never hindered the girl’s perseverance.

Teachers and mentors offered moral support, but it was the girl’s own resolve that kept her moving forward. The NEET result stands as a testament to her disciplined preparation and the power of accessible digital resources.

With the rank secured, Draxha now aims to secure a seat in a reputable medical college, turning her long‑standing ambition of becoming a doctor into a tangible reality.
