Neemuch Woman Arrested After Police Recover 11.7 kg Opium Worth ₹58 Lakh

In Neemuch, city police arrested a woman early on September 5 after uncovering a massive cache of illegal opium weighing 11 kg 700 g, valued at more than 58 lakh rupees.

The operation began after surveillance flagged the suspect near the Amrod‑Dark ware‑house. The seized opium was logged as evidence under the NDPS Act. During interrogation, the arrested individual disclosed a supplier who has now been named a co‑accused, prompting a manhunt.
