Navratri Celebrations: Nitin Naik to Seek Blessings at Durga Pandals in Patna
In a move that blends devotion with leadership, BJP national president Nitin Naik will travel to Patna on October 17 to worship at the elaborate Durga pandals set up across the city. The chief’s first stop will be the celebrated Dak Bangla Chowk, where he is expected to perform a ceremonial bow before the goddess at 3 pm.
After the religious rites, Naik will remain in Patna for a full day of political interaction, joining regional executives for a series of briefings, policy discussions and public addresses. The itinerary reflects a conscious effort to engage with the electorate during one of the most revered Hindu festivals, signalling respect for cultural traditions while steering the party’s agenda.
The two‑day sojourn concludes on October 18, with Naik scheduled to leave the city after a final prayer session and a round of meetings that aim to strengthen the party’s organisational base in Bihar.
