Nand Kishor Gurjar Defends ‘Hanuman Ansh’ Film Amid Congress Criticism

BJP leader Nand Kishor Gurjar responded sharply to Congress MP Rashid Alvi’s remarks on the recently released film "Hanuman Ansh". Gurjar said those who object to the movie should feel ashamed, pointing out that the same critics praised films featuring positive Muslim characters but balk at a story rooted in Sanatan traditions.

He highlighted the film’s commercial success, noting that it was produced on a modest budget yet generated millions of rupees. Gurjar described the movie as a vivid portrayal of ancient India that touches the heart of viewers.

Gurjar also linked the film’s popularity to the blessings of Baba Neem Karoli, calling it a miraculous phenomenon. He mentioned that the state government would consider making the film tax‑free, reflecting its cultural importance.
