Multiple CJP members and activists charged in Delhi FIR

The FIR filed by ACP Vivek Bhagat names not only journalist Rosie but also CJP founder Abhijit Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka, Saurav Das and Ratna Singh among the accused. Police allege that these individuals participated in chanting slogans, making caste‑related insults and sharing defamatory content on social media platforms. The complaint states that their actions interfered with the maintenance of public order on the day of the protest and led to repeated confrontations with the officer. The Delhi Police have opened a probe into the alleged violations, emphasizing that inclusion of a name in the FIR does not equate to proof of guilt.
