Multi-Generational Sports Events Planned Across All Punjab Districts

A distinctive feature of this edition is the inclusion of multiple generations competing side‑by‑side. Earlier editions saw three family generations—grandfather, father and grandson—participating together. This year, nine age brackets from 14 years up to over 70 years have been created.

The program lists 38 sporting disciplines, complemented by four para‑sports—athletics, powerlifting, badminton and wheelchair basketball—ensuring broad participation across abilities.
