MP Pappu Yadav Calls Out Delhi for Ignoring Bihar Floods

During a visit to the flood‑affected zones, MP Pappu Yadav confronted central authorities, stating that the era of AI‑driven drones should have provided real‑time data on the disaster. He mocked the state’s chief minister for a brief five‑minute public appearance while water levels remained unchanged for 18 days in districts such as Ahmadabad, Barari and Baghpat. Yadav asked whether officials had even inspected critical areas like Lakhsiraj, Buxar, and Sonpur. He also raised the issue of the Prime Minister’s birthday celebrations organised by the ruling party, labeling it a “blessing lamp” event that diverted attention from urgent flood relief.
