PM Modi and CM Yogi's double‑engine government to secure historic third term in 2027

Lucknow, June 29 – In his first public speech after assuming the role of state president of the Backward Classes Front, Prakash Pal hailed the “double‑engine” governance model driven by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Pal declared that the synergy between the Centre and the state has propelled Uttar Pradesh onto a rapid development path, and that the Bharatiya Janata Party will ride this momentum to achieve a third consecutive, landslide victory in the 2027 legislative polls.

The ceremony at the BJP state office saw outgoing president and cabinet minister Narendra Kashyap hand over the charge, while party functionaries presented garlands, keepsakes and a commemorative plaque. State General Secretary Sanjay Bhai Patel officiated the proceedings.

Expressing gratitude to the party’s grassroots workers, Pal stressed that the Backward Classes Front’s dedication and the BJP’s organisational strength will cement the party’s dominance in the upcoming elections.
